The best carrot cake i ever had!! im so happy i tried her carrot cake recipe when i saw it i had to give it a go because my wife loves carrot cake but is trying to eat healthier. all i can say is wow you have to try it, it is now one of our favourite breakfast oats we look forward to making it every week.
