Welcome to BySquibb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BySquibb website, including all content, features, products, and services offered through this online store (the "Services").

BySquibb is a personal business operated by Jenny Squibb, an individual entrepreneur based at THE ESSE Asoke, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. This store is hosted on Shopify.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and Digital Delivery
BySquibb sells digital products, including recipe ebooks and cookbooks, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing your download link within 5-10 minutes. It is your responsibility to check your inbox, including spam and promotions folders, and to save the file to your device.

Because these products are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-transferable and licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. License and Intellectual Property
When you purchase a BySquibb cookbook or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for your own personal use. You may not:

Share, forward, resell, or redistribute the file to any third party.
Reproduce, copy, publish, or republish the recipes, photography, or written content, in whole or in part, on any platform.
Use the content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to teaching, catering, or resale.

All recipes, photography, illustrations, text, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Jenny Squibb, operating under the name BySquibb, and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices, promotions, or product offerings may change at any time without prior notice. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the price for that specific transaction is locked in.

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout system. Full payment card details are not stored.

5. Refund Policy
Because BySquibb products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent. Please review the full Refund Policy for exceptions and technical support.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Is fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or malicious.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, or accounts.

Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenny Squibb, operating under the name BySquibb, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of any product, even if the possibility of such damages has been indicated.

In no case shall the total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jenny Squibb, operating under the name BySquibb, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

For customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable.
