At BySquibb, every cookbook and digital product is delivered as a downloadable PDF within minutes of your purchase. Because these products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

Here's exactly why — and what happens instead when something goes wrong.

Digital Products Are Final Sale
Once the file is delivered, delivery cannot be verified or reversed. This is standard for digital goods across all major platforms and protects the integrity of the recipes, photography, and design work behind every BySquibb cookbook.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

The product will be delivered digitally within 5-10 minutes of a successful transaction.
Once the download link is sent, no refunds will be issued.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with the recipes, or dietary preferences are not grounds for a refund.

When A Fix Is Available
Sometimes files glitch. If any of the following occurs, contact within 7 days of purchase and it will be resolved personally:

You didn't receive your download email (after checking spam, promotions, and junk folders).
The file is corrupted, will not open, or is missing pages.
You received the wrong file or a duplicate charge appeared on your account.
Any technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product.

To request assistance, email bysquibb@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Response time is 24-48 hours.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Please reach out before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in permanent removal from the BySquibb customer database and blacklisting from future purchases.

Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital products may also be pursued through legal channels.
