BySquibb sells digital products only. There are no physical items shipped, no delivery fees, no customs, and no waiting for packages.

How Delivery Works
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout, containing a secure link to download your cookbook as a PDF file. Delivery typically takes 5-10 minutes.

The PDF is:

Compatible with phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and print.
Designed to open in any modern PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Apple Books, Google Drive, Preview, and browsers).
Yours to keep forever — save it to your device or cloud storage.

Global Availability
Because the products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide. There are no shipping restrictions, no international duties, and no location-based limitations.

If You Don't Receive Your Download Email
If your download email doesn't arrive within 15 minutes:

Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders — Gmail and Outlook sometimes filter first-time senders.
Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
Email bysquibb@gmail.com with your order number to have the download link resent within 24 hours.

Multiple Devices
Your PDF is licensed for personal use. You may save it to as many of your own devices as you'd like (phone, tablet, laptop, printed copy). Please do not share the file with others — each purchase is intended for a single household.
